A new procedure has been implemented for issuance of the divorce decree,
If there is a judgement or court order for the separation then one of the party must attend the court – Muslim personal status section with their witnesses in order to receive their divorce decree.
But however, if you are non Muslim and you already have your divorce judgment in your hand but still aren’t able to have divorce degree from UAE Shariaa court, the original judgment can be dully attested and used in your home country.
